"Description of main features"

  Three-in-one : BK 3 in 1 coating can be used for steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, etc., three -in-one primer, mid-coat , and topcoat . It can be applied in one bucket, saving time and labor . It is suitable for general outdoor use. The environment can be anti-corrosion for more than 10-15 years.

  Rust and anti-corrosion : according to German standard DIN 12944-5, BK 3 in 1 coating can be usedAfter manual rust removal, if there are still rust spots on the surface of the substrate , it can also be sprayed on the old coated substrate. No need for sandblasting, saving engineering time and cost.

  Non-toxic for food contact : According to German standard DIN 129044-1 Part 5 , BK " 3-in-1 " coatings contain no toxic or carcinogenic substances. Suitable for food grade equipment.

  EU paint non-toxic certification : Passing the EU EN73-1 certification, Bk 3 in 1 paint can be used to paint children's amusement park equipment and toys that are chewed, sucked and in direct contact with the skin .

  Offshore grade heavy-duty anti-corrosion : German BK 3 in 1"Obtained the Norway petroleum industry standard Norsok M-501 certification as an offshore oil drilling platform grade anti-corrosion coating. (Same as Formosa Pertol Group specification)

 Easy to use : Single-liquid paint does not need to be mixed with hardener . It can be sprayed again 2 hours after application , and it can be completely dried in 8 hours. 　◎General factories and urban areas: brush /spray one to two coats of 80-160 microns on new steel . 

　◎Chemical factories and food factories : Paint/spray two to three layers of 160-240 microns on new steel.

 ◎Petrochemical industry, seaside and ports: Paint/spray three to four layers of 240~320 microns on new steel. 

　◎ There are 6 colors in total . If you need to specify a color for the appearance, you can apply a general color topcoat after 24 hours . It is compatible with polyester paint, Epoxy paint, and PU paint.

◎BK 3-in-1 passed the "Norway Petroleum Industry" offshore drilling platform level anti-corrosion test (3 coats of paint) .

@Manual rust removal --> Apply one coat of primer and one coat of topcoat (can be overcoated with any number of layers) --> Completed. If it is located by the sea, you need to remove as much rust as possible. 

  


@Why is it still rusting after using a rust converting agent before ? Because the anti-rust paint you used later is of poor quality and cannot block rain, salt and moisture, and a new layer of rust still grows.

@Tips for applying anti-rust paint : It is best to use different colors for the first and second layers of anti-rust paint to correctly identify those areas that have not yet been coated with the second coat of paint. When applying the second coat, the second coat Must be covered .
